Pros

The role was aligned with career and study.

Cons

Upon interview, hiring manager wanted guarantees on loyalty to stay with the company for a long period of time. However, the same company could not hold their end of the bargain when it comes to layoff season. Don’t be another victim Low pay compared to Glassdoor submission. Health benefits aren’t better than any other companies. Relocation benefit aren’t competitive since they use in house services. You either use it or lose it.
