      Pros

      People. People. People. Bright, passionate, generous, fun! If you can avoid working with Roche in Switzerland you can have a great experience. Sadly, that only exists in US Commercial and gRED.

      Cons

      Roche has ruined the rest of Genentech (all groups except gRED and US Commercial). Very limited upward mobility. Roche is slow to make decisions and is resentful of Genentech's success and their dependency on GNE for revenue and future pipeline.
