Poor management and processes - Material Handler Generac Power Systems Employee Review

The management is atrocious. They consistently put the unqualified and idiotic in charge. They have somepeople on the floor who see problems and find solutions, but the people high enough to implement them don't listen or disregard them. In addition, they are plagued with low quality employees that have been allowed to do or not do whatever they wish. There has been zero repercussions for simply not doing any work, or worse, doing their work in such a way as to damage systems in place/productivity both from negligence and malice.
