Promote the bonus which in not consistent and capped Talk about team effort but evaluation is all about individual and department accomplishments. No reward for helping other employees or departments - actually works to disadvantage because it takes time away what you could accomplish for yourself, which is all that is rewarded Imbalance in work/life ratio Too heavy VP to employee ratio Use employees to take everything out of them, and then will figure out a way to let them go when done with them Cannot trust senior management
