      Great insurance. Awesome people to work with and down to earth on the shop floor level. A place to get a start.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Total disconnect from the director and manager level. Absolutly zero support. The company lost their focus and forgot about the low man on the pole.

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
