      I was taught "If you haven't got anything good to say, keep your mouth shut"

      Cons

      Immediate management hasn't a clue. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Treats customers horribly after the sale, They can't be honest in their dealings with customers

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
