      This is an organization which has changed rapidly in the past 5 years. Offers strong benefit package and truly cares about the opinions of its employees. Strong ties to the community, encourages volunteering and gives away hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
