      Pros

      Some of the people are amazing, like family. Some Managers are absolutely wonderful and should be recognized for it! Can be a great atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      Some managers have no idea what they are doing, they shouldn't be in the position they are in. VP's getting too close/friendly with employees/management so when said management doesn't know what they are doing it doesn't matter.

      Rapidly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
