      Lots of work. Your job will be more than your title. Experience with old out dated equipment could be helpful in restoring equipment for antique museums in retirement

      Cons

      Low pay, bad benefits and bonus. The lack of good leadership. Your asked to wear to many hats instead of just your job. Hourly technicians having to take work home with you and not get paid for it.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
