      From the top down to the VPs they have no idea what leadership is. They micro-manage everything. They have some very smart people that they don't listen to. This is demoralizing to many of the every day employees.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
