      The pay is decent enough

      Cons

      They don’t care about you. They will work you to death and then penalize you for taking a day off. They handled covid very poorly and lost a lot of workers because of that.

      Rapidly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
