      The amount of money they will throw at problems to fix them is seemingly endless

      Cons

      Engineering department has no idea what they are doing. Don't take my word for it, check out the lawsuits.

      Pros

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Cons

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
