      Pros

      When there was unlimited overtime the paycheck was great.

      Cons

      Your treated like a robot. If you get injured they will make it your fault. If you produce bad parts, and there is no specific work instructions they will not take responsibility and it'll be your fault and they will either fire you or you'll get written up.

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
