Pros
Overall a good company to work for. Generac has it's issues, but every company has issues. Overall a stable company to work for, decent pay for skilled positions with time, benefit package is decent...many other companies have cut on things like insurance but Generac has done well to keep it a decent benefit for the employee. Overall a good stable job.
Cons
Company broadcasts the importance of the employee, but needs to improve on that aspect. Good job to just come to work and do your part, not a good job if looking to advance or expect to be heard.
