It pays most of the bills.
Cons
No training, and no accountability for the employees in any position. Management doesn't have good leadership skills or how to create a positive working environment. There are no expectations for employees to do well, or much of a reason for anyone to do a good job or perform well. It's a very depressing place to be for such a large part of the day.
