the culture of the work place is fair and people get along fairly well with each other

leads do not switch people on the manufacturing line for cross training, will instead leave people in a particular station they do well in even when the stated the have an injury and the station is making the injury worse. also management does not have their head screwed on straight and forces quality to not do their jobs with ease.
