Full of opportunities for people with initiative and drive to constantly want more in their career growth. Diversification efforts have paid off tying the company to several growth markets and at the same time helping to ease the fluctuations when one of the markets isn't performing well. It can be hard for some people to adapt that are used to having everything solidified around them. Positions at Generac require an aptitude to help develop better processes.
