      Pros

      I would say none. Any pros we had were grandfathered benefits from the smaller company we worked for before Generac Purchased it (and then axed all the benefits).

      Cons

      Bad leadership, bad benefits, bad pay, poor organization, poor planning, extremely high brain drain.

      Rapidly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
