      Pros

      Some of the people there are great. Not really many more pros other than that. Its a experience builder for your resume

      Cons

      Products do not work well, benefits are not good, management knows it all, micro managed, pay is below average, located in the boonies, lab and equiptment is antiquated, stock has dropped 60% in last 18 months, and certain rules don't apply for certain people. Company mentality is cheap, asked to pull cost out of products that don't work well.

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
