Pros
If you're not a citizen, it's easy to get a job here. They'll hire anybody, they don't even drug test for THC when they hire you.
Cons
1/2 of the shop floor can't read or write in English. Makes everything more difficult. No balance of work time and family time here. 1st shift production is a joke, so if you work 2nd shift prepare to stay later every night to make up for 1st shifts incompetence.
