      - HR Leader does not value employees or advocate for them -- competitive pay or benefits - DEI has been cancelled and innovative senior diversity leaders in HR suddenly disappeared (VP's of Compensation, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management) - No focus on attrition - turnover is huge and no one cares (no retention initiatives)
