Pros
Nice company, good people and great facility. Lots of work and steady employment.
Cons
Functions make Program Managers do their work. Processes but not integrated. Leadership wont change the culture they expect the lower levels to make it happen . Overwork and not enough help. You ask for help so they add another management layer.
