      Flexible, no micromanagement, good benefits (b/c owned by GA), opportunity to transfer

      Cons

      No support, bad leadership, no appreciation for hard working employees, eventually all good employees stop caring, high turn over rate, disrespectful management, allow sexual harassment

      good work life balance, top level of management are engineers who care about the product, 9/80 is nice

      Cons

      slow pace, slow salary growth, your experience really depends on mid level management and you can easily fall through the cracks
