      Pros

      General Atomics is one of the few private companies that has a pension plan on top of a 401K. I have been working here for a little over three years and have little to complain about. Great people on the team and around the entire company.

      Cons

      Don't change anything, all the changes being made are positive and keep generating business

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
