      Competitive, flexible positions, involvement in lots of projects, still a relatively small company so upward mobility is promising as they expand and acquire more contracts

      Cons

      Management seems to be more "hands-off." I don't mind this since teamwork is so prevalent here, though some may want more guidance.

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
