      Some great people work here, pretty decent benefits (matching 401k & pension), & beautiful campuses

      Cons

      The executive leadership needs to evolve with the times and stop running this company like it's 1976 or it's only 500 people. They need to care more about diversity & inclusion, workplace flexibility, and caring more about what their workforce wants in order to feel appreciated and valued.
