      Pros

      Good training. 9/80 work week. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Hiring process. Rely way too heavily on resume scanning software. HR has more power and control than management and even executives. If you get laid off through no fault of your own (covid) they blackball you. Won't let employees work remote.

      Pros

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
