      Work is easy (department/team dependent) Deadlines are always soft and constantly being pushed back (can be a con) Independence without micromanaging Very few meetings for the most part

      Managers are very supportive and foster growth while challenging you. Semi flexible schedule - can come in early or stay late to meet required hours. Decent pay, tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, Mentorship opportunities

      Cons

      Leadership tends to get ahead of themselves with potential large contracts. Begin to invest a lot of time and money prior to contracts being awarded. Could be more clear on company goals and mission. Limited salary increase when changing roles.
