Pros

Awesome teammates, peers, leads and co-workers. The company does provide some training such that you have an idea of what to do and how you are expected to perform/conduct yourself. You can socialize quite a bit at work, if you maintain productivity.

Cons

The cubes are a big small and old. Hard ot hold professional conversations while on the phone with vendors, suppliers, or co-workers, due to the open environment and ambient noise. The water purifier filter for the upstairs and downstairs break-room constantly needs maintenance. Number of bathrooms is not enough to support the volume of people.

Pros

Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

Cons

Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
