      Pros

      The schedule and benefits are great. My peers that I work with on a daily basis, we have a great team with lots of experience and great ideas.

      Cons

      Management, they are so out of touch and do not take the time to learn or hear what their direct reports have to say or bring to the table.

      Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

      Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
