Very interesting and unique projects, Get to work with some very smart people. Pay and benefits are decent.
Cons
The management structure is very confusing. Expectations are unreasonable sometimes. Overall management of projects needs improvement. Management culture is one that sometimes utilizes fear and intimidation to accomplish goals. Cooperation and general trust between departments is not very good. Hierarchy with team members not clearly defined by management.
