Company seems to have lost direction. Wrong people making technical decisions. Far too many low/non-contributing individuals that are not fired. A lot of of people like to talk about what needs to be done, but are unwilling to do what needs to be done. Company seems to be imploding under its own weight. Too many people on cruise control.Company is no longer trying to push the limits of capability.
