Pros

Good benefits (I have to write 20 words) it was great working with some wonderful people and on some exciting projects

Cons

There must be a discrepancy between the blue collar and white collar environment based on some of the other reviews. However, on the floor pay was well below industry average, supervisors were aloof and ignorant to the day to day realities. Nepotism was rampant with family members being hired over qualified and experienced candidates.

Pros

Good working environment Exciting projects Great coworkers (for the most part, like any place)

Cons

Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
