Company is private and as such, they are not tied to the whims of shareholders.

Cons

Management requires a lot and pays a little. Your best raise will come when you come to work with a new job offer. No funding for training, everything is OJT. Severely understaffed because Management's bonuses are directly tied to cost savings. Cradle to grave positions abound. Management has a deep-rooted culture of nepotism. Don't bring your wife or g/f to company functions, they do what they want...in a bad way.
