Pros
Good benefit and paid holidays. 9/80 work schedule for most departments, Flexible working condition. A vast pool of internal job openings is a good opportunity to move within the company.
Cons
The middle management is basically useless in this company. The worker bee mentality is enforced in most divisions which limits individual creativity. If you are hired with a low salary then your only chance to get a good raise and promotion is to apply for another job or move out of the company.
