Pros
Nice benefits, can obtain work all over the US with the government and/or aerospace (92,000 employees). Security clearances are needed depending on position and good to have. 401K match on day one.
Cons
Government contract work, so if contract is not renewed one is out of work and I'm unsure at this point if management deems to keep employees on and helps them look for additional opportunities prior to contract end or not. TBD
