      You get the opportunity to positively impact service members in one way or another.

      Cons

      Because everything needs some type of clearance the tools you would normally use in regular development can't be easily accessed in this environment.

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.
