      Pros

      The company has great health benefits and retirement savings matching. I took advantage of their tuition reimbursement plan to get a Master of Science degree. The management at GD was also very open and direct about the vision for the company. I loved working to support the armed services and making difference on the war on terror.

      Cons

      Business decisions were not always well thought out by senior leadership especially in GDC4S and as a result, a lot of money was wasted on projects that had weak business cases.

      Pros

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about the company.

      Pros

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      Cons

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
