Pros
Innovative and forward thinking pre-GDC4S days with their product development. Very customer focused with lots of proactive interaction from client services. Great employee culture and active in the community.
Cons
Lost too much control when they moved manufacturing overseas. When GDC4S bought the organization it was a misalignment of who the customer base was and how best to capture business. Changing executive management too often presented too much instability and insecurity for the rest of the organization underneath.
