      Pros

      Pay was slightly above average for Maine.

      Cons

      No flex time. On the clock from start whistle to stop whistle. If you want to drop your kids off at school and show up 10 minutes past the start whistle, you can't work 10 minutes after the stop whistle to make up that time. They told me to take vacation time if I wanted to drop y kids off at school on the way to work.

      Pros

      1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

      Cons

      1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
