      Good pay, above average for the area. Excellent health care (with choices of levels).

      Cons

      Manufacturing environment may be difficult for some. Can feel as if you are “just a number” amount the 5-6,000 other workers.

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.
