Pros

Good basic hourly wage, good training.

Cons

They never hire permanent staff--you will be a "permanent" temp at best which means that when upper level management chooses to route hiring to other call ceneters in distant cities you will be S.O.L..

Pros

Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

Cons

I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
