      It was a job and paid the bills. 401K Savings plan. Short commute. Ample parking available. Cafeteria in the adjacent building.

      Information and knowledge transfer nonexistent. No Training. Zero work-life balance.Responsible for the workload of three. Business management process which exemplifies redundancy and archaism Dysfunctional financial system which cannot produce accurate invoices without the assistance of SME's.

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
