Pros

Supporting DoDEA Schools is gratifying work. Self manage local support at user level. Work and live in Europe and support education for DoD children and teachers.

Cons

Salary is low and too much work with not enough people. Management and HR support manning is not sufficient for support for coverage of all DoDEA Europe schools.

Pros

Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

Cons

I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
