Pros
Very approachable leadership who gets work/life balance and the need to share information and engage in constant-continuous improvements. Encourages innovation and giving back to the community. One of the few firms (2) I've been at that promotes programs to help women network and advance.
Cons
It's a contracting firm so while you have a gig you are golden; if it gets cut they immediately cut you off before you ever have a change to apply for work internally.
