      Pros

      You get to work from home which can be nice depending on your personality and situation. Management was good

      Cons

      The pay is below average. You get reimbursed for all expenses such as mileage which gives you the illusion of making more money than you actually do. Guidelines are also constantly changing and performance metrics for performance are a little outrageous. If you live in an expensive area this isn’t a great career.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
