      Fast paced environment, lots of support for new hires and competitive salary and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much work and not adequate support, especially for in-house developed software. Could be pretty buggy and makes a negative impression for external customers.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
