Pros
1. Exposure to great work culture and federal contracts 2. Company ensures you undergo the required training and have access to latest tools and technology 3. Benefits are good 4. I would love to work again at GDIT if given an opportunity
Cons
1. You can't apply to many contracts due to security clearance requirements mandate of majority of contracts 2. Internal transfer takes time (but the management helps and supports)
