GDIT works with top agencies and allow interns to directly engage with high impact projects across federal, intelligence, defense, and health industries. Leadership is open and accessible to interns and they are hands on with getting to know you individually and provide encouragement to be curious and contribute.
Cons
Sometimes it feels disjointed with other interns especially when you are at different offices/hybrid/remote style. Improvements in increasing interactions across teams and more joint intern events (casual lunches) could make it more engaging
