      Building is old and depressing, but they are looking for a new building Not many opportunities to move in San Antonio, but through out the company there is if you are willing to re-locate.

      Pros

      Great Benefits if transferring to full-time status. Extremely established leadership hierarchy. Many experienced engineers willing to help develop a newer engineers' skill set.

      Cons

      If you primarily enjoy being more hands-on environments smaller companies might be a better option. Not necessarily a con but becoming 'shoe-boxed' is much more likely at a larger organization.
